NuCAN will not be held responsible for orders delayed by transport companies such Canpar, UPS, Canada Post,or any other transport company assigned to deliver the products. We are not responsible for goods being held by customs and inspection services.

Returns once authorized

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the package is returned for whatever reason.

These are food products and for sanitary reasons we are careful in taking or assessing returns. We will charge anywhere from 15 to 50 % restocking charges on the value depending in which statethe returnswere made. All returns need a pre-authorized return authorization from us. No returns will be accepted without our approval first.
